A Book Fair for children and adults will be held Saturday, May 5 (10:00am -4:00pm).   Books will be available for browsing and purchase.  This event will also include a luncheon at 11:30am for a $10 donation.  Christian fiction writer, Vanessa Miller, will speak at 12:30pm. A “Rock and Read” read-a-thon for youth will be held from 1:00-4:00pm. Matthew 16:18 says, “And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” The time came in God’s scheme of things for a new church to be organized. Under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Forrest Jefferson was given this charge. The Men of Pilgrim will come together for the Annual Men’s Day celebration throughout the month of October.
